hasInstallationValue(s)

Description

hasInstallationValue(s) returns 1 if the setting has an installation value set. Otherwise, hasInstallationValue returns 0.

Check for Installation Value

Set an installation value for the maximum column width for comments in MATLAB^®. (Note that this example assumes that installation settings are writable by the user.) Use hasInstallationValue to verify that the installation value is set.

s.matlab.editor.language.matlab.comments.MaxWidth.InstallationValue = 80;
hasInstallationValue(s.matlab.editor.language.matlab.comments.MaxWidth)
