Troubleshoot To Workspace Block Set Up

The To Workspace block in my Simulink^® Real-Time™ model does not operate as expected.

What This Issue Means

There are some limitations on To Workspace block configuration and operation in Simulink Real-Time models.

Try This Workaround

A To Workspace block can operate in simulations of a Simulink Real-Time model with these limitations:

• The block operates in external mode simulations, for example, a simulation that is started by using the Run on Target button from the Real-Time tab in the Simulink editor.

• Set the Save format parameter to Structure or Structure With Time.

The data from the block is saved in a workspace variable that is named by the block.
