digital modulation, ask, q-ask

hello friends, i have [0 0 0 1 1 0 1 1] bit sequence.

i want to create q-ask modulation scheme like being showed in

Please try the following:

1. Convert the binary sequence to a sequence of symbols with values 0,1,2, or 3.
2. Map the sequence of symbols to a sequence of amplitude levels -3,-1, +1, +3.
3. Multiply the sequence of amplitude levels by a sine or cosine wave at the appropriate carrier frequency.
4. Plot all of the results versus time.
