How to open a .mdl file that was created in v2013a in v2013b?

Hi,

I created and saved a .mdl file in the MATLAB v2013a. Now that I have downloaded the MATLAB v2013b, I'm not able to open the same .mdl file. If anyone could throw a light this, it would be a lot helpful.
