i have excel of form 7*12, i want to use this data in neural network

I have rainfall data and want to use available data for prediction of next year rainfall, now i am able to load the data in neural network with help of LOAD command, But how should i divide the data so that some can be used as input and rest of data for validation and testing in neural network.

You have only 12 7-dimensional input examples ?

I doubt that you have enough data for good prediction.

actually i have 7 attributes to be used in neural networks,out of these 7 attributes 6 are in .tif formats i.e in pixel form, now i want to convert these .tif images pixel values into matrix form so that these are can be used as inputs in neural network.!!
