filtic function type error

Hi , I'm having this problem:

>> a=[1,-1.1443,0.4128];b=[0.0675,0.1349,0.675];
>> x=zeros(1,50);
>> zi=filtic(b,a,[1,2]);
Undefined function 'filtic' for input arguments of type 'double'.

How to fix it? The others' PC can run these codes without error ...

I have tried reinstall it , but it didn't work out.

Using : Win8 64bit , R2013a 64bit (Academic use)

The code is obviously right. Are you sure your version has the filtic function?

In the command window, write

type filtic

does the code of the function appear? That will tell you whether the function is present in your system or not

Oops..

This version doesn't have filtic function.
