Fourier transform with both time vector and data vector

Hi, I got two vector, one containing the time where my sample has been take and one containing my data. I am searching for a simple function that allow me to study the Fourier transform (or the psd, or the spectrogram, or whatever function that allow me to see if I got specific oscillation frequency) in a simple way.

The idea would be to have a function (let's call it fourier_time_energy) that would be called like: Fourrier_Distribution = fourier_time_energy(t,value);

Does something like that exist?
