Changing load during simulation

Hello everybody, I am working with simulink, I am simulating electronic circuit. I have ohmic and inductive load for my circuit and I need to change their values during simulation. May any of you give me idea about it?

In Simscape you can use Variable Resistor and Variable Inductor blocks:
