minimize the cost function with two variables

hi i am working with binary and real coded ga to minimize the cost function with two variables...one of the variables i want to keep as integer form in MATLAB... is it possible to get that out put parameter as a integer form....plz ans...

Since it's only 2 variables, I would just find the minimum by exhaustive search.
