pca function automatically mean-centers

Hi

It looks as if the pca function automatically mean-centers the data. Is this the case and if so how can I override this? I want to center my data using the median or group means.

You are right, by default PCA centers the data. You can however ask PCA not to do that:

Set the name value pair, 'Centered' to false.
