Problem in data to XL file..

Hai, how to append the present data to the last data ? i mean, i want to append some data to the previously created file. i don want to delete the already created data. how can i do that ?

If you know where exactly to append the data in your sheet, then use xlwrite by specifying the sheet and range options? xlswrite(filename, M, sheet, range)?

If you're not sure where exactly to append the data, then first load the data using xlsread, then append your data in matlab and save the file again using xlswrite?

k....i tried...but the data is saved i diffrent pages...i want it to be saved in the same page..
