Linear programming exercise help

Hi, I just started MATLAB, but I have some doubts. When I want to maximize an exercise, but a whole number appears without being accompanied by a variable, how can I do it? Thank you

This looks like quadratic programming, not linear programming. In any case, it looks quite straightforward to solve this kind of problem using the problem-based optimization workflow.
