Smoothing the data of curve

Hi,

I have a curve to smooth the data but I am not able to capture the complete data. Can anyone please help me with this. If you see the below two I am not able to capture the data properly between the two red lines

Some thing like , I mean you have already used semilogy to plot the curve.

use a log scale also on the x axis , so at the end plot the data as follows :

loglog(x,y)
