Simulink support for Android

Hello everyone how to extract the raw gps measurements from mobile in simulink and use it in my simulink code i know about the location sensor that is in Android support package but i need the the raw gps measurements like the blocks in the file attached i search but i cant get it ?Can any one help please ?
