How to write script matlab code in simulink?

I have a matlab code that generates tranfer function and I want to use in my simulink file.It is simple script file I want to know that is there any block in simulink library that I can used for it.It should take one input and gives output.It's values are changing so I can't use transfer function block over there

you can use set_param function
