reading and interpreting statistical chart

i need help at that image , i need to get each piece out of circle and write it with color of table in right i tried to do it but something going wrong

like i need to get each piece in figure and say if it's food,hotel,.........etc

and how is the interpreting statistical chart that it can i have some help with code ?
