I am getting "system cannot find specified file" error while uninstalling MATLAB. How can I resolve this?

You can reinstall Autosar so that the file exists in order to be able to delete it.
Or you can just delete the MATLAB installation directory. See https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1648555-can-i-delete-old-r2020b#answer_894765
