I am using an application called QuPath to annotate pixels in an image. I am having difficulty with the process of finding a way to import the actual annotation data into matlab and was hoping maybe someone had figured out a way to do so on here but just hasn't posted about it. The file extension for qupath data is *.qpdata (which is quite unique). According to the QuPath docs (https://qupath.readthedocs.io/en/stable/docs/advanced/exporting_annotations.html#individual-annotations) it seems like there is no way of avoiding using a different software to initially read the *.qpdata file and then alter it to something that can be read, so if anyone has been able to do so and can offer any advice for figuring it out, please let me know!

Turns out I was able to get an answer on another help webpage if anyone ever has this question too! Here's a link to the help post: https://forum.image.sc/t/exporting-qupath-annotation-vertices-to-matlab/64163?u=belugamia
