Simscape: constant volume chamber (TL) showing incorrect temperatures and pressure inside ?

Hi,

I am currently modelling a system which consists of a heat exchanger (G-TL) and constant volume chamber tank (TL) where a fluid enters the tank at a constant mass flowrate of 0.046 kg/s after passing a heat exchanger (G-TL) where the liquid was heated to a high temperature. The final temperatrure and pressure at the entrance of the thermal liquid chamber are measured using pressure and temperature sensor but when i measure the pressure and temperature inside the tank, the temperature inside the tank has a wierd increase upto 293K. the graphs below describes more detail. Please help.

The below picture describes the flow pressure at the entrance to the constant volume chamber tank (TL) which increases.

The below picture is the temperature of the fluid at the entrance of the constant volume chamber tank (TL)which also increases

The below picture is the pressure inside the constant volume chambertank (TL)which is similar to the pressure of the fluid at the entrance.

However the temperature inside the constant volume chamber tank (TL)is a bit wierd which i am expecting it to be as similar to the temperatrue at the entrance of the tank.The figure is below.
