Undefined function for 'regression'?

Undefined function 'regression' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Error in frequentieanalyse (line 44) [r,m,b]=regression(abscis(3:end-3),mpf(3:end-3));

Is there a toolbox I should install or something?

The regression function is from Neural Network Toolbox.
