Taking serial data and creating real time movement

Hi everyone,

So i am pretty new to simulink and i will be happy if anyone of you'll could share some pointers or direction for me please.

I am using the arduino mega board on external mode, and i have some data from the analog pin that is being converted to an angle by some conversion blocks.

I want this angle data to be fed to the pc and create movement of an object as the angle changes. What can I do to make this happen ?
