Eigenvalue analysis method of 'damp' function

Hello. I would like to know about eigenvalue analysis method of 'damp' function. Double QR method???

I couldn't figure it out by looking at the function help page...

According to the damp() documentation, the function returns the following:

• the poles (eigenvalues) of the dynamic system model,
• the damping ratios of each pole,
• the natural frequency of each pole, and
• the time constant of each pole.

What findings are you expectecting from the eigenvalue analysis method?
