Cascade control with PID

Hello I'm trying to build a cascade control structure with and without time delay.Could you help me with this report I don't know how to start

What exactly is this problem? And, how could you know absolutely nothing to start with?

Does your supervisor force you to prepare the answer for the tutorial class (which you have nothing to do with)?

I don't know how to start reading the diagram with because it looks a little messy. Can you at least rearrange the blocks properly first? The Gain blocks are out of proportion. The lengths of the horizontal arrows are not uniform (some are very short). Try making the the blocks center-aligned horizontally as well. Straightens signal lines and minimizes the number of bends by "smartly" moving blocks.
