Matlab Online missing add-ons

I have a whole variety of add-ons attatched to my matlab license which I can access when matlab is downloaded and installed to my computer. But some of these add-ons seem to be not installed on matlab online. Rather than an installation option, the only option is to buy the add-ons. But I already have these add-ons.

I would recommend contacting support.

Did you try using those products in MATLAB Online? It might just be that Add-On Explorer is incorrect, but you can use the products if you try.

When contacting support, include the ouput of the ver command and which products you are expecting to have access to.
