Approximating fractional order system to higher order integer order transfer function

HI all, I'm fairly new to MATLAB. I'm supposed to find the integer order approximation of a fractional order transfer function using fmincon but am unable to do so. Any help/guidance would be appreciated!

The FOMCON toolbox by @Aleksei Tepljakov is pretty popular for dealing with fractional-order systems.

Also check Oustaloup recursive approximation method submitted by @Prof. Chen YangQuan.
