problem in adding and installing Toolboxes

hello,I'm able to download a wide range of toolboxes from my account on Mathsworks, but I can't seem to install or add any of them; there is no installer in the package download. As an example I attached a shortcut which show only download icon is available for me. I do not know the problem is related to my matlab version or problem in installing it.

We recommend using the Add-On Explorer if supported in your MATLAB release.
If you use the Download link then expand any archive you receive into a new directory, and add the directory to your MATLAB path.

Yes, exactly I am using Add-ON Explorer but it does not have ADD icon like what I have seen in tutorials.
I add the directory to MATLAB pass but the program does not run again.
could you help me, How should I run it now?
NOT THAT: I have attach a screen shot of the adding file to MATLAB pass .
Thanks a lot.
You can remove all the C:\ISO2mesh directories, leaving only C:\ISO2mesh itself. Then save the path. After that in MATLAB command
rehash
Now test with
iso2mesh
The sample directory has some example scripts.
(Source: I read the INSTALL.txt file)
The bin directory has some pre-compiled .mex* files. It is possible that those might be too old to be usable on your version of MATLAB (it would be more likely if you were using MacOS), but that is something to worry about later.
