How does traffic light detection work?

1)Run the traffic light detection program, /rough/rois and /rois topics have values, and rviz 2) Displays the result as unknown, which is affected by the judgment condition in the traffic_light_map_based_detector node. Why is the green frame drawn when approaching the traffic light or when the vehicle has already passed the traffic light?

autoware is a third party open source code. Questions about it are not relevant here.
