Hi all, I wanna start working with neural network to predict sea level variations What type of NN should I use? I'm beginner NN user. any advice or hint will helps me.

Pardon Dr, Is it enough to predicting data with using old data set for 2 years only? if it is yes how should I devied it to test and train groups
