How to convert results in table format?

for example if I have

    B1 = 1, B2 = 2, B3 = 6
    ; de0 = 20, de1 = 30, de3= 60

    distance = {'at 0 m';'at 2 m';'at 4 m'};
    Percentage = [B1;B2;B3];
    Area_Table = [de0;de1;de2];

how to convert those in a table format?

I am using 2013a which doesnt have this function. Any other help?
