License shift limit exceeded

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is Frank Marten, I am working at Fraunhofer IWES in Kassel and have a question about moving individual Matlab Licenses from one PC to another.

At the moment I would like to move License Nr. *** to a new PC (which is more computationally powerful). However, I receive an error, that the maximum number of license shifts has been exceeded. If I understand it correctly, the license cannot be moved again until the end of this year.

My question: can I still receive an additional license shift this year? Is there any cost associated with it, and if so, how much?

That sounds like a question you would be better of contacting MathWorks directly about. This is more of a user forum. Although MathWorks employees do also frequent the forum it isn't the best way to get an answer to a licensing and costing question.
