你这样的系统，要相位差，求功率因数，再反推，这不更容易么？
1、PLL一般是基于定周期采样的吧，你在powergui里设置的是连续模式，不确定这情况下PLL是否工作正常
2、PLL入锁是需要时间的，里面是有个闭环控制，你的数据是不是PLL入锁后得到的。另外你的频率比较高，确实也要判断一下PLL是否入锁了
