What is the rating of the Parks-McClellan FIR degree?

Hello everybody. I created a Parks-McClellan optimal FIR filter. I have written my values below. But what I want to ask here is what is the degree of this filter? I'll be happy if you can help me.
[n, fo, ao, w] = firpmord ([0.04 0.09], [1 0], [0.001 0.01], Fs{i,j});
b = firpm (n, fo, ao, w);

According to the documentation, the order of the filter is ‘n’ (the first output).
