How to get gradient data from non-linear 2D plot

I have a non-linear 2D plot and want to find the gradient between two values of y (i.e. not the start and end point of the plot).

Can you calculate this for a number of datasets and export results as a .txt file?

Yes, you can use the diff or gradient command.
