Hi All,
I have a test software develop in labview and there are several test steps using matlab.
The test software works well if i am using the default windows login. (example: Userwindows1)
But after i changed the windows login to another login (example: Userwindows2), the test software having an issue and all the test steps using the matlab cannot be run.
Does anyone else encounter this issue ? Can you please share the solution to me.

Hi @Mirza,
It appears that the MATLAB installation on your Windows computer has been linked to an individual license that ties the license to a specific user on your computer. If this is the case, you won't be able to access the license using a different user. If you wish to access the license on a machine with any user, you need to get a Designated Computer License for MATLAB.
For more information regarding "Designated Computer Licenses", refer to the following documentation: https://www.mathworks.com/help/install/license/overview.html
For more information regarding the activation of multiple Individual or Designated licenses on a single computer, refer to this MATLAB Answer: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/96008-how-can-i-activate-multiple-individual-or-designated-computer-licenses-on-a-single-computer
