Loop Raspi Camera board to continuously take picture

Hi everyone I am using Raspberry Pi B+ for an object following. Since i am new to matlab, i dont know much of commands. I want to take picture from the camera module and process it(processing i have the commands). I want it to repeat for some duration and the next snapshot should be taken when the complete processing is done. I am thinking of using while loop. Still i need some help in commands. Thanks in Advance

Take a look at the example "Tracking a Green Ball" that comes with the Raspberry Pi support package.

Thanks for the reply. After image is taken i am facing problem with the noise removal. The question is there in this link http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/196402-how-to-remove-object-from-binary-image-based-on-area-and-perimeter please guide me
