2020年度版をアップデートして使用し続けているのですが、問題なく作動しているので、あえて2023年度版をインストールして使う意味はあるでしょうか?

It's upto you.
Does the version you have work for everything you need? Or do you need functions, functionalities and capabilites of any of the newer version?
We can help you if you need some information regarding anything specific, but ultimately, it's for you to decide that which version suits best according to your requirements.

The version I am using (2020a) has all the features I need. I don't know what features will be included in the new version, but at this time I don't need them.
I just want to keep using 2020a.
When will 2020a service end?

R2020a no longer appears on the Platform Road Map https://www.mathworks.com/support/requirements/platform-road-map.html
However, for MS Windows, the rule from Mathworks is generally to continue some support for a release until Mathworks stops supporting all of the operating systems that the release was supported on.
The most recent R2020a update (Update 8) was February 17, 2022. The oldest version that received an update in 2023 is R2021a Update 8 (February 28, 2023)
I would therefore not expect R2020a to receive any more updates -- not unless possibly there are urgent security patches needed.
