Hi,
How can I take correlation of 64x201 dimensional matrix.
xcorr command takes correlation of 1x1 dimensional matrix, right? how can I take multi-dimensional correlation? thank you

It is not clear to me what you are trying to correlate with what. Is each row of your array a set of observations, and each column a variable? Or vice versa?
Regardless, the command you want is probably "corr" (in the Stats Toolbox) or "corrcoef" (in core MATLAB).
