Problem with Simscape Onramp

Trying to launch Simscape Onramp on MATLAB R2023b desktop, I am signed in and everything. Getting just blank screen and it does not load. Same problem was with Simulink onramp. Matlab online does not work for simscape, gives error simscape Error:Unrecognized function or variable 'simmechanics.sli.internal.register_datatypes'.
