Truss analysis, MATLAB vs FEA software

Hello!
I used 2 different truss analysis programs found here for my research, and applied the same boundary conditions to an FEA software program to confirm my numbers. Here is a link to one of my MATLAB models.
My MATLAB programs all agree with each other in the force calculations. However, my FEA software shows about 10% less force in each of my members.
I'm trying to understand why. If I increase the stiffness of my members, for example, the forces do not change.. Only their elongation changes. If I repeat this in my FEA package, the forces linearly change, of course because {F}={K][u].
Does MATLAB recognize the elements as rigid? Is this why I am seeing this difference?
Thanks!
