run python script with mcc compiled matlab

Hi,

I am trying to compile a matlab script that contains a python function (used with pyrunfile).

This code is running with no issues with a regular matlab run, but failed to run after compiling with mcc.

I added the python function path to the mcc, using -a, with no help.

The error that I got is

'MATLAB:Pyrunfile:FileNotFound'.

I printed the main function path using "ls". I see all matlab file names and folder names in this print, except the folder that contains the python function.

Any ideas?

Could you please share your MATLAB script and python file along with the directory structure and the exact mcc command you are running? This will help in identifying and debugging the issue.
