From the screenshot shared, I can observe that you are facing the error that Simulink is unable to find the library block specified.
If Simulink is unable to find the library block or its source library on your MATLAB path during a linked block update, the link becomes unresolved. Simulink changes the appearance of these blocks.
It is imperative to resolve such unresolved library links in Simulink. For detailed instructions, you can refer to the official MathWorks documentation on fixing unresolved library links: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/fix-unresolved-library-links.html
