No can do.
The MATLAB Student license does not include the MATLAB Compiler, nor is it available to purchase as an add-on.

On re-reading the Q?, I may have missed what is actually being asked -- the Q? answered was about using a student license to create such.
I actually don't know what is meant by "on a container-deployed MathLab micro service". I presumed MathLab was a typo for MATLAB. Please clarify what the actual objective is here.

MATHLAB seems to be defunct:

I recall a PC/Windows app back about the time MATLAB Windows version came out that I thought was named that but could find no traces looking when added the above comment. I even had the product for a while although it was in the stuff I cleaned up and threw out a couple of years ago that @John D'Errico and I were regretting tossing some old MATLAB releases recently... <grin>

Your answer was spot on. I had some typos from my end. Thanks for the clarification. And the actual objective was: ``` if I used the MATLAB image and deployed it as a micro service to be accessed via a web browser, could a student License be used for it as it would of MATLAB were installed locally on a PC, cause I came across the phrase when looking at the requirements for a container-deployed workflow -> "A MATLAB License that is Configured for cloud use" ```

You would be best served to contact MATLAB Sales directly if this is really needed; they'll have the skinny on best options given the exact situation.
If the Q? is answered, would be agoodthing™ to Accept to let community know is answered if nothing else...

Hadn't seen the follow up clarification when posted the above...only comment is that I don't know what is required to configure a MATLAB license for cloud use. I'm too old, I guess, I want stuff local; a significant part of which is because out here in the hinterlands away from high population metro areas, bandwidth ain't all that great.
