I cant get the Regression Equation from artificial neural network
or the Fuzzy since they give least RMSE

Assume the input, x and target, t variables are normalized to xn and tn. Then the normalized output for the default regression neural net is
yn = B2 + LW*tanh(B1 + IW*xn);
Where yn can be unnormalized to y by using the parameters of the target (e.g., min and max or mean and std)
