I want to simulate a series of matrices using matlab . How to do it ?

I am really really new to Matlab so I desperately need your help. I run a certain script which gives a matrix finally as output (call it A) , and then again that script is run and it changes the matrix A a little bit and gives updated matrix A and this happens a certain no. of times . I want to display the matrix that comes every time as a output from the script in a good way ,not just in the command window .
