I have a signal

whats the procedure to calculate at what time high peak appears and what's the amplitude of it and how to calculate the frequency of peaks..

i know little bit of Matlab and nothing about signal processing.... where can i start..? what's the procedure to find the above values?

You can begin by using the findpeaks function of the signal processing toolbox
