Turn off UAC, or run the installation as Administrator.

Mathworks provides free support for installation issues. (There might be some delay, though, as it is a holiday season.)

http://www.mathworks.com/support/install.html
and note the "contact support" link on the top right of that page.

I suggest you follow the kind of procedure described by satiu77 in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/how-do-i-get-round-windows-7s-file-permissions/d048994f-7a95-469d-b2f5-b334b236a5e3 . You should be able to start at the B.dll file and move upwards from there until you find a place that hard-codes permissions instead of inheriting them from a higher level.

Check the Security properties of the individual files and directories using the mechanisms described by satiu77 .

My dear,
I checked the security properties for satui77
but for matlab installation, during installation there are folders created and the error comes to me.
where should i make these modifications, on which folder? on the matlab folder or on windows folders or in program files ?
the problem for satiu77, is solving copying folders from one directory to another..
please explain for me

I tried to install the packeges one by one. But I have to install "Matlab 7.13" as minimum, which is the basic package... and it is giving the smae error!
