When parameter estimation in Simulink Design Optimization, What is what you need to model?

I wanted to let go of the experimental machine of parameter estimation of the lithium battery. So I'm going to use in the Simulink Design Optimization, but also read the help and did not know how to use. I want you to tell me what is required for the detailed usage and model. Also, when measured by the experimental machine, what value is measured, and I want to please tell me what I should do and where to input of Simulink Design Optimization.
