Generating random numbers

Good morning Guys :-) May I ask for a little help please? I need to generate to random numbers from 1 to 48 and I need step to be 0,5. Is it possible to do it by some already integrated matlab function or I do have to write my own function based on generating numbers from 0 to 1?

you can use randi( [ 0 96] , N) where N is the amount of numbers you want. Then divide this answer by 2
