LQR gain with variable component

hello guys, i am trying to build lqr controller in matlab but my model has got a variable which is a vector of 10001x1 and it is changing with time which obviously is double and it is one of my input to the controller and matlab gives me a constant error of dimensions.i appreciate if anyone help me with this problem.
