Can matlab2013a computer vision toolbox process point clouds?

I am new to matlab. I have a set of point clouds that needs to be processed. The 2013a version I have does not seem to have many inbuilt functions for processing point clouds like the 2015 and 2016 versions. Can anyone confirm which version is capable of processing point clouds.

The release notes suggest that most of the inbuilt point cloud functionality was released in version R2015a. First point here: http://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/release-notes.html#R2015a
